Our nominating committee will be assembling candidates for our upcoming section elections (to be held this summer).
We are soliciting nominations from our membership for the upcoming APSA-MENA Section Executive elections. Specifically, we are seeking nominees for the following positions:
· Vice chair
· Member-at-Large

We encourage members to self-nominate or to nominate colleagues who would contribute meaningfully to the governance and advancement of our section. All nominees must be current APSA-MENA Section members and have completed their PhD.

· A one-paragraph biography
· A brief statement (2-3 sentences) on why the nominee would like to serve in this role
· Clearly specify the nominee’s preferred position(s), including a ranked order if considering multiple positions
The deadline for nominations is June 12, 2026. Elections will be held during the summer.
